Lancelan Onboard is an innovating system bounded to control company's vehicle fleet (lift trucks, lorrys, buses, etc..)in real time and to increase operating safety.

Functionality :
Lancelan Onboard consists of an on-board terminal provided with touch screen that allows data introduction and visualization giving information regarding working estates asin use / block.
The options controlled by the on-board terminal are:
- Driver identification by proximity card.
- Check-list introduction (configurable) before unit mobilization depending on the answers.
- Automatic engine shutdown if driver is not detected ( programmable time).
- Maximum speed limited by motor blockage.
- Motor stop compulsory during refuel.
- Pipe off detected before motor starting.
- Blockage/Unblockage on-board devices depending on a configurable speed ( touch screen turn off, with no ending PC session, radio transmission cut down if vehicle is moving ).
Data- Mining
In addition it is possible to mining data from on-board terminal. Two data mining options are possible:
  • Spreadsheet export ( .xls files ) for database management, SAP/R3, M.E.S, SCADA, Business Intelligence or customized solutions.
  • Lancelan Data Engine Software is a web application accessible using any device provided a with web browser and connected to the company network . This software allows to configure use settings of mobile units as well as to manage and obtain historical data and reports.
Acquisition, installation and maintenance costs decrease due to the limited number of system devices.
