Lancelan Quality Control is a tool designed with the aim of organize and manage control quality information.
It is hardware and software elements that allows to gather any production information required from raw materials receiving to product packaging or production lines and laboratory results.

Functionality:
This software has been designed for client-server environments with integrated relational database management system. Lancelan Control Quality has been developed in three work enviroment areas:
  • DataEntry application
  • Lancelan Platform
  • Lancelan Data Engine web application
DATAENTRY APPLICTION
It is a touch screen terminals application that allows to access to check-lists, control points, control settings and numeric, alphanumeric, etc. data types.
From screen terminals, and after the user-name has been confirmed, is possible to check at anytime the rate of compliance of any point.
LANCELAN PLATFORM APPLICATION
Lancelan Platform is a work environment that enables to data-mining all data gathered with only one application. It allows to:
  • Configure Data Entry
  • Edit records stored for a period of time:
- Export records to spreadsheet ( .xls file)
- Data graphs, measure and path graphs, process histograms
- Computation of quality rates, production capacity, standard deviation
LANCELAN DATAENGINE
It is a web application that provides access to data and capture devices (sensors, PLCs, visual verification systems, balances, analyzers, etc..) using any device provided with Internet Explorer browser.
Lancelan Data Engine has an specific plant fluid management application incorporated in order to fulfill European environment directives.
Lancelan DataEngine allows to:
- Obtain real time flow rates and consumption of each fluid.
- Generate regulations fulfillment information.
- Display and know flow rates, consumption, etc... at any time
- Generate consumption graphs and tables of real time captures and accumulations.
Lancelan Quality Control incorporate all hardware elements that are necessary:
  • Industrial terminals, fulfilling resistance and health requirements for industrial food plants.
  • Protocol converters.
  • Elements for wireless and wire connection.
  • Distributed data servers and centralized servers.
